Developers need what everyone else sees.
It's great to be on the same page as your PM; they won't ask menial questions which disrupts your flow, there's less back-and-forth so you don't repeat yourself, and there's more context for what you're working on.
It's the same when AppSec hands you a stack of CVEs to fix without you seeing what they're seeing in a project specific context.
But when you have the same information as your PM and you can take those CVEs and satisfy yourself they don't also exist in any other projects, then you're working together and eliminating organizational blockers.
